Wonderful customer service. Cory has always treated me with honesty and professionalism. Never been charged for anything I didn’t need. I’ll always go to Mike’s to get my car checked out when I’m in town visiting family. He even offered to drive my mom where she needed to go! Thanks guys!

I'm a first-time customer and am very happy with Mike's. Planning to come back for oil changes and regular maintenance. My car needed major work, so yeah it was expensive but you get what you pay for, and I got superb customer service and a three-year warranty! Cory also was very accommodating working around my schedule, and there were several follow-ups from Cory and Mike to make sure I was 100 % happy.
We had just come into town from a 6 hour drive on a Friday afternoon, when we had a car problem that required us to park it and obtain immediate service. By the time the car was towed for repair it was going on 4pm. The guys at Mike's ended up doing diagnostics, finding parts AND repairing it (requiring staff to stay late on a Friday night) to ensure we could have our car back ASAP and able to get back home by Sunday. Definitely customer service that went above and beyond. Thank-you so much, Corey and team!!
