First of all, I want to say thank you to Mike’s auto. I have never found a more honest and reputable place for my car in all my years of taking my cars in someplace to be worked on. Mike’s people are so very wonderful and so understanding for the older people. They explain everything so well to you, and for me , honesty is the number one thing and they are so honest about everything from the simplest to the most complicated situation. So for me, it’s the honesty and the kindness that they show people and it’s just not one or two people in there it’s EVERYONE If you need anything, they’re ready to step up and do it . It took a bit longer to get our mustang done but it was the first time we had had major issues on the 2001 model year. Kurtis kept us up to date on the progress and sought our approval on additional work that came up. I appreciated being briefed as the work progressed.

A big shout out THANK YOU to Mike's Auto Repair. An Honest Repair Shop! My engine warning light was on and would not pass the emmission's test. Mike's diagnosed it, turned off the engine light and repaired it all for the price of the diagnosis. Broken Vacuum Line. As we all know when that engine goes on it could cost a lot of money. I got out for $135.00> That is GREAT!

I bought a truck back in May from a dealership. After only a few months of owning it the check engine light came on. I was very upset and now in need of a mechanic. Being a young female I was worried about where to go afraid I was going to be taken advantage of, so like most I started Googling places close to me and reading reviews. Mike's auto had really great reviews so I thought I would take a chance. I took my truck in and they were so friendly, efficient, and very detailed in their diagnostic work. I got a copy of the workup with photos to show the honest state of my truck. I was so impressed by this! Turns out I needed my cats replaced, a pretty decent bill. After the repairs where finished my truck was running great until the light came on again. I took it back in and it was the same problem. Zane was amazing they worked at the problem until it was fixed 100 percent, all under warranty!!! I was shocked! NO NEW BILL!! They have gained a customer for life and I will recommend all of my family and friends to go here! I have continued to take my truck here for regular maintenance, and im so glad I found i place I that is honest, fair, and really does communicate and stand behind their work!! Thanks guys!
