Had to get some work done on my vehicle and thought that it would cost me an arm and a leg, but after all was said and done, I was able to get my vehicle fixed at a reasonable rate. I only have one vehicle so when Mike's took care of my car, they ultimate took care of me. These guys are the best. May not be the cheapest, but they work hard and their work is impeccable quality. I had a very good experience with Mike's yesterday. They got me in with only a day's notice, and fixed what my former mechanic in Caldwell didn't, and at a decent price. Very helpful and friendly staff as well. Definitely recommended, especially if you have a Honda or similar - they seem particularly knowledgeable and want to work on them.

They were able to accommodate my schedule, were polite, work completed in very reasonable time as promised. The facility was nice and clean. Been using them for all my cars for three years now

Very nice customer service, Cori and Jessi amazing guys they went beyond my expectations, providing a safe place for my kids and I to wait while my SUV was being taking care of. They also provided me with transportation to and from their location, the estimated time and cost to fix my car was reasonable, I received financial options and a special guarantee for their work not offered by any other place I had talked to. I bought a 2007 Ford F-150 from a used car lot and within one month and 956 miles put into the truck, its head gaskets broke. I spent a lot of time trying to negotiate a deal with the used car lot to help with the repairs, but they refused to bargain with me, and frankly i didn't trust them. I called many repair shops and they all gave me vague quotes and seemed as if they were too busy to talk to me. When i called Mikes Auto Clinic, Mike was polite and prompt to get my truck into the shop so they could look at it. It took them about 7 weeks to rebuild the engine, which included nearly tearing the whole engine apart, milling the heads, replacing all the belts and hoses and whatever magic those mechanics preform in their shop. By the time I had my truck back it ran like a champ, and not to mention they have a 3-year 36,000 mile warranty on their work. They did a really good job and im going to have them do the rest of my car maintenance work. My only complaint is that some of the other people working the office were not prompt on getting me the information that i needed. It seemed that i could not get their attention away from the computer, and the only time i actually talked to them face to face is when i flashed the checkbook.

Excellent service. Quality workmanship. Time is taken to explain issues or what they would like to do to the vehicle. Work is completed on time as estimated. They drive car and inspect to make sure customer is driving away without the problem they drove in with.

I’ve taken multiple vehicles to mikes for a range of services from oil changes to strut replacement. Every time the work is done efficiently and prices d very reasonably. I will be going back for all my auto mechanic needs.
