I have known Mike and his family on a personal basis for quite some time. i know you can be rest assured and at peace with mikes auto clinic. i have my 4runner there right now, and i know everything will go well, and mike will see to it the job gets done right and honest. i had mike do work on my cars in the past. mike did an awesome job each time. I recieved my 4runner back the next day. Mike W. was very honest. mike talked about the problem first. then what it will take to fix the problem. mike also had reccomendations. i asked mike to do all repairs. mike did a great job. his knowledge and dedication made everything all better. my 4runner runs better than ever now. i reccomend mikes auto clinic anytime.

Great service, Rex, Mike, Taylor, and the Staff went over and above to help us out. We had both of our vehicles go down at the same time. One we had to pay for and the other we had a outside warranty for. Even though the warranty wasn't theirs and it took some time to work out all the approvals, they were very helpful with all the details. All the work was performed timely and as quoted. At times I'm sure I asked the same questions more than once, but Rex was patient and always answered with informative responses. Even though I hope to not need them, I am sure I will again and will not hesitate to use them again. And Yes I will refer my friends .... Thank You All for the GREAT service, George and Anita

my daughter purchased a mini cooper used, when it was time for it to get looked at, we had no idea where or who to take it to that we could trust. I googled "repair on mini coopers", and mikes auto clinic came up; made an appt. and was pleasantly impressed!! Rex helped us and after discussing all the details we left feeling confidant that we were in good hands. He did an amazing job keeping us informed and explaining everything . We found our new place to take our vehicles, knowing that we are getting quality and trustworthy service and reasonable rates, takes out a lot of stress:) thank you Mike's auto clinic for a superb experience!!

Professional. Respectful. Skilled. Very Nice. Without explaining the whole big story, I feel I was so LUCKY to have chosen Mike's. They went above and beyond in fixing, and troubleshooting an issue with my beloved VW that's at about 225k miles. The diligence it took them to figure out what was wrong after the initial agreed-upon repair took a LOT of time and they didn't charge me anything extra. It all could easily have been chalked up to wear and tear. Had I gone elsewhere, I likely would have paid a ton in trial and error costs. They were also refreshingly open and honest about everything. They respected me enough to take the time to explain in detail what was going on and even though I didn't understand the nuts and bolts of it all, I did get the gist of it, therefore ensuring my confidence in them and what they were doing. They even brought me a key I accidently left in my VW at their shop. At no charge. And I live about 13 miles away. My car runs like new again. Very happy about that, but more so about how I was treated.
