I stopped by mikes to have them look at why my heater just stopped working in my 04 ford taurus. They were able to figure the problem out quick and give me a decent estimate on repair. When I was able to come in and have the repair done they were very fast and friendly. Their waiting area was clean and very inviting. I highly recommend going into mikes for any car repair. With the colder weather coming its nice to have a warm car for my children.

Took my sons 1990 car in to Mikes Auto. His Key would not turn in ignition. They charged me $100.00 to give me a quote. Spoke to the Manager and he said it costs $100.00 an hour to tell you whats wrong with the car. Extremely Unfair. Spoke to Mike regarding this situation and he has agreed to refund me. Very happy with the customer service

They repaired the AC on my Explorer, and it works so well on a 100 degree you get a chill. Thanks guys. You will remember me as the old lady who joked with you about the bird poop on the hood of my SUV... :)

They have ALWAYS done a great job on all our vehicles. And they have never over charged us nor had done unnecessary work to get more money. They have always been honest with us and I trust them more than any other shop that I have been too. The front desk is friendly and explains things in ways I understand and the mechanics always are friendly and do a great job and they always leave my car clean. All you guys at mikes are awesome!!!!!!! Thankyou for all you do and have done.

Went into Mike's with a coupon and a check engine light needing to pass emissions. Not the fanciest place to get your car worked on, but they did a great job and my car passed. Would recommend.

I have a 2006 Mitsubishi Endeavor that i took into Mikes because the engine light came on, unfortunately it was because the catalytic converter went out, but everyone i dealt with at Mikes was very courteous and understanding they got the parts ordered and installed much quicker than i expected and they offer a killer warranty on all of their work. Overall a great experience and i will be going back.

I've been taking my car to Mike's for a few years now, and they've always been helpful and friendly. More than just telling me what's wrong with my car, they take the time to explain the problem in detail and their plan of action to get it fixed. All of the major repairs they've worked on for me (non-working fuel pumps, front wheel alignment) where I had to leave my car at the shop were finished the next day, so I wasn't without a car for very long. They also provided me with diagnostics for future problems that may occur soon or to keep an eye on without pressuring me into getting it fixed on the spot. Fast and friendly, Mike's Auto Clinic is definitely worth recommending.

We went to Mike's because we had a coupon in the mail and it was close to home. We have been taking our vehicles there for several years now. They always get our vehicles serviced quickly and greet us with friendliness. I appreciate that they give recommendations but are never pushy about getting extra things or even necessary things done right then. I just realized that they are closed on Saturdays and I appreciate their value for family and not just business! Thanks to all of the employees at Mike's for keeping our cars going!

This is the best, most honest mechanic I have ever dealt with. They have never once tried to sell me services I didn't need and they treat me with respect every time I go in. They don't have the "you're just a dumb girl" attitude that, unfortunately, a lot of mechanic shops seem to have. I can't recommend them enough!
