Fantastic customer service, friendly and professional staff!

I was very impressed with how detailed they were with the diagnostic. They didn’t try to guilt me into getting more work done which would be easy to do when a customer doesn’t know much about car care. Their prices were very reasonable and will look forward to going back for future service on my other cars.

Mike's Auto Clinic offers wonderful customer service. Not only did they give me a shuttle to my house so I could work from home for the day, they also sent me text message updates as they did an inspection. They found the nail in my tire that I suspected was present, changed my transmission fluid and picked me up when it was all said and done. Heck, Zane was even patient when my foster dog tried escaping my house to go along for the ride to pickup my car! They offer top-notch customer service.

So I bought a car and brought it here for repairs. It needed two catalytic converters and a transmission service. Still needs a few more things done as soon as I can afford it. I was an emotional wreck. I couldn’t afford much. Due to being a military veteran they were able to give me a great discount. Zane did everything possible to ensure I was taken care of. Including consoling me (from a distance lol). The repairs were done in a timely manner. I was worried that the repairs wouldn’t help much but they did! I’m so thankful they helped me so much. Especially Zane. I would recommend this place to anyone. I will not go anywhere else again. PHENOMENAL SERVICE!!! A little more pricey than some but the overall experience made it worth it. I got a prepurchase inspection done here. The business was clean and comfortable, the people that worked there were professional and respectful, and they charged a very fair price for the service. It did take them about 30 minutes longer than they said it would but the information they gave me about the truck I was looking at was complete and super helpful in helping me decide to buy it. I would definitely return to this shop.

Just came back for the first time in a few years (reliable vehicle) and they were able to squeeze me in despite being busy and kept the cost very reasonable for the amount of work they did. Very impressed once again and will keep coming back.
